Refunds/Cancellations

  1. Nerdlog does not offer refunds for products or services once they have been purchased or availed. However, customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them.
  2. To cancel an order, customers must contact Nerdlog’s customer service team via email or phone within the specified cancellation period.
  3. A cancellation fee may apply, and customers will be refunded 50% of the total order amount.
  4. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the customer’s bank account.
